Change Outlook’s default window

When I launch Outlook 2010, it opens the Calendar window. I want to go directly to the Contact window. Can you tell me how?—Neil

Neil, good news! It’s easy to change Outlook’s default window. First, click the File tab and choose Options (under Help). Then, click Advanced in the left pane. In the Outlook Start And Exit section, click Browse to the right of the Start Outlook In This Folder control. In the resulting window, choose Contact. Click OK twice. For 2003 instructions, read Change Outlook’s default window.
